Is timing important?

When you use sites like Clixsense and have accuumulated (or purchased!) enough credits to run an ad of your own, do you ever consider hat time of day it is in the countries you have specified to run the ad? Do you think it makes a big difference? I have noticed that 1000 clicks gets used up pretty fast by some of these programs if you leave the field wide open and do not specify certain genders, age groups, locations, etc. If you have a big US target goup, for example, there's up to 8 hours time difference from here in UK so it can have an effect on the result. If you use Trafficswarm I've noticed that credits you accumulate there seem to be set against your own sites a lot slower. What do you think? http://www.clixsense.com/?2179273
