www.rentacoder.com.
A new way but old site to earn some extra money using your own skills. This is how it works.
1. You need to create a new account with rent a coder using your regular email (yahoo, gmail, rediff, msn or any company email or anything you want your bids to come in).
2. You need to confirm the email and login to rent a coder. Thats it for login to rent a coder. Your project hunting starts here.
3. For example: You have a skill to develop graphics logo for websites. Everyday 1000's of projects being posted in RAC(Rent A Coder) and based on your skills you can bid on your project.
4. You being the bidder called as Coder and the other guys who gives project are called Buyers.
5. Buyer should understand your skills and its your responsibility to win the bids by writing about you properly.
6. Projects are ranging from 10$ to 1000$ and some projects are predefined (100$, 500$ and so on). Others you can best judge the price. These pricing depends on the buyer who wish to give the project for a particular amount or he/she will ask you to bid.
7. Once you win the project, you will be given a deadline (set by buyer) and you have to complete the project within that deadline.
8. If you complete that project within the deadline, then thats it. You won a hard cash. (10$ - 1000$).
This is really a good website for real hard workers. A good and efficient worker can earn 1000's of dollars in a month. Many small projects are there which will be easy and can complete fast.
This is guaranteed site which will pay you for sure. I earned around 350$ in past 2 months. Winning project needs real skills and communication.
Hope to see you with me for bidding.. :)
Happy bidding.. :)
Be careful to read the terms and conditions so that you can avoid rejections or deletions before you earn real money.

Wonderful post. I do not get to see about this website much here. They are obviously genuine but as you have pointed out, I believe you need to be a real expert in a field to earn money from such websites. I believe many of us here are might not be fit for a website of that stature. There are actually similar other websites where you can get job offers. But these are the areas of core freelancing. Once you are comfortable with the online world, and you have developed a definite skill-set duly supported by some infrastructure, then it is the right time to switch over to core freelancing. Otherwise, I find websites like myLot gives you a really easy earning opportunity.
Anyway, it looks like you are going great at rentacoder.com. Wish you every success and who knows you might see some of us there as well being motivated by reading your inspiring post.
Thanks.
