OK, whenever I see the previews and ads for the movie, I can't get over the fact that that is JAMES BOND (Pierce Brosnan) standing there singing ABBA. Not that I don't like ABBA, but still...that's JAMES BOND! The height of what's cool!
Ummmm...so anyway...your thoughts...

I'm really looking foward to seeing this one! Just the fact that Pierce is in a musical is enough to get my curiosity aroused. It looks like a fun movie and I've seen the Broadway production so it should be interesting to compare the two. I love the music and the actors and I haven't seen a musical in a long time so hopefully it will be worth the entrance fee.

How is it on Broadway? Could it entertain someone that isn't really into musicals? There are some that can, primarily the ones with not as much of an emphasis on the music. And the music has to be good, of course, but I'm confident that it would be, since I like ABBA.

It looks like an excellent movie. One of the morning shows had Meryl Streep on promoting the movie; the interview sparked my interest in the movie. Now, I really want to see it.

I havent seen the movie yet. But I want to ill probally just wait till it comes out on dvd since I usally dont see these types of movies in the theator. But I downloaded the soundtrack and I like a lot of songs especially the mamma mia song probally the most popular song in the whole play and the most catchy song in the whole play. I also would like to see the broadway play one of these days if it comes close to where I live. And I didnt even know it was pirece brosman who was in this movie till I saw the review on ebert and roper lol.

Yes you are right. But i dont see whats the caracter is doing but i only watch ut his actions. I like action movies.
