Clicker Training: Why It Works

Clicker training is popping up everywhere these days, from PetCo and PetSmart to independent training. It's a great way to enjoy a positive relationship with your dog (or cat, or parrot, or even fish). A clicker marks the behavior you want, which you then reward with a treat. You begin to start looking for good behavior instead of bad, and your dog begins to start offering good behaviors. What fun! Does anyone out there have any questions about clicker training, or want to share their experiences? BTW, check out www.clickertraining.com for a more in-depth explanation of clicker training.
