Fitness means a well conditioned cardiovascular and muscular system. Both your heart and muscles need regular work-outs to stay fit. You're fit if you can:
"Carry out daily task without fatigue and have ample energy to enjoy leisure time pursuits"
"Walk a couple of blocks or climb one or two flights of stairs without becoming "winded" or feeling heaviness or fatigue in your legs"
"Carry on a conversation during light to moderate exercise such as brisk walking"
If you sit most of the day, you're probably not "fit". Signs of deconditioning include feeling tired most of the time, being unable to keep up with others your age, avoiding physical activity because you'll know you'll quickly tire, and becoming short breath or fatigued with walking a short distance--MAYO CLINIC
Now you know, let's be fit always..

Yeah I would say your pretty unhealthy if you can't walk up 2 flights of stairs without having to take a breather. I'm a zealot when it comes to eating healthy and exercise. I make sure I exercise for at least one hour a day, intense level activities. It was so hard before to live with being unhealthy (I used to sit on the computer and play video games all day), I was always embarrassed and I finally in August 2007 started to change my life. Now I don't know how I ever lived with myself then. What people don't realize is that when you exercise it improves your mind as much as your body. You get so much self confidence and learn how to go for what you want, plus it's fun when people are jealous and girls give you looks at the pool :)
