I have three children so I have to clean daily or else this house would be in bad shape. There are at least three loads of dishes every day. There is usually a load of laundry as well, especially right now with all the winter gear on. I don't have carpets, but a sweep the upper house once a day. But it is a small three bedroom, one level and basement. I make my bed and the children make theirs. I have two sons so the washroom needs a daily cleaning as well. LOL When I didn't have children I wasn't very interested in cleaning. I would clean maybe once a week, including dishes.

I have three as well. It is hard to keep the place immaculate. They tend to keep their stuff scattered around. On top of the children I also have 6 dogs and a cat and with colder weather they stay inside. Though only two of them could be considered outside dogs the other 4 are smaller dogs and the big one is an expensive dog so I don't let her outside while I am gone too many dog nappers in my neighborhood.

Hi msedge, we have two bathrooms and two toilets in our house. I wash the bathroom and toilet in my bedroom, so I could only vacuum the floors of my bedroom and the sitting room twice a week and mop them weekly My husband and his sister do the cleaning of the rest of the house. My husband’s sister is the chef of our house and she prepares the three meals for us daily. She is quite diligent. She sweeps and mops the floor of the kitchen every evening after preparing the evening meal. We have four tropical fruits trees in our courtyard and there are lots of fallen leaves on the lawn. She sweeps the fallen leaves every morning. I then would use the heaps of fallen leaves to prepare compost for my vegetable and flower plants. posting and take care.

I try to keep up the house straightened up during the week and clean on the weekends and fully do a scrub down once a month. I only have two rooms with carpet and I try to vacuum you at least every other day.

I do some cleaning every day, ie hoovering, dusting etc. Monday is my big clean for upstairs, bathrooms, hoovering the landing and stairs and downstairs bathrooms. I then tend to have a rota which is too long and detailed to og into this time of night but I do jobs everyday, I clean other peoples houses for a living and the days that I clean I do some cleaning before I go to work and when I come home from work. I like a nice clean house, but although I sound a clean freak which I am now I haven't always been been this way. When I lived on my own at the age of 24 I actually lived in a pig sty and it used to take me a week to hoover, most of that week would be thinking about hoovering the flat before I actually got around to doing it. I was a very lazt slob. Feel ashamed that I was like that. But all changed now

I often do not get time to clean my house everyday since I am working 5 days a week. I try to clean up once in 2 days and some major clean up once a week. Cleaning the floor is tedious task and ofcourse the kitchen I clean once in a week.

As long as its not a mess, you don't need to clean very often.
