special features on my lot

Hey, I was wondering if anyone can help me out here. I was trying to put a symbol or emblem by my name bamakelly like other people here do. My husband tried to do it the other day. We were having trouble getting a picture do go above my name. We tried to download a picture but it wouldn't work.
