Grr....mylot, how and why???

I was just abut to add my discussion, had typed it out, added a picture pressed add discussion as you do and all off a sudden it couldnt add the discussion as there nothing to add and I had been logged out!! Why and how did I get logged out?? I didnt click log out, I have seen other people mention that mylot is logging people out for no reason!!! Im annoyed that I now have to redo the whole discussion -I best do it now before I forget what it was about!!
