Can you follow instructions perfectly? What I mean is in your job or making food or starting a new equipment by using a manual or ... . Can you?

As long as the instructions were clearly stated, written or said if it is verbal. Then I could follow it and be able to finish a task expected from me.

I probably can, but that doesn't mean I do, lol. My nature typically has me doing the exact opposite of what's expected of me.

I think that it all depends on what it is that I am following instructions on. Also it depends on if I have done it before or have seen it done. Sometimes directions given will just throw you and something that could be so simple ends up being so complicated.

I believe that if you have detailed instructions given to you, you can follow it. I prefer written instructions instead of verbal instructions.
