I've posted a lot!

Sometimes , I will work my bum off on here and when I wake up in the morning I see my number dropped around 10 or 20 . At first I didnt know what it meant but then I found off from mylot that the post is no londer there, or it goes against rules . Now I try to look for people with higher posting , but they say it helps when you answer a newbie post . so

Maybe discussions other than those 10 discussions you have responded to now are deleted. It would be very coincidental because if you have responded to 10 discussions, you must also have 10 other post deleted. Maybe you should check if you have really responded to them or just commented to the responses. If you have already responded to them before and just comment on them now, your number will surely not increase. Have a nice day!

I have not observed this with my account. Because I never concentrate on the post number. It is just the time I take into account. In the short period I get, I try to use it with good quality. And coming back to the point, just check your account after few hours or a day. I 'm sure your contribution will never go waste. May be your account is having a problem in updating. Check out after a day. It will be updated. Sometimes, the number of posts does not increase with every response you give. Whatever it is relax and you may see them updated tomorrow.Cheers..

dhangski hi mylot lately had been deleteing a lot of discussions and we all have lost some points as we had all responded to the deleted posts. so be careful in posting to by pass any that look like they could 'be deleted. lol

maybe because you post short line. i think you must have at lest three or four lines in posting and responding discussion, if you post only one line i think it will not be counted. i know it because it is also happen to me. when i post short discussion. and also if you post link in the discussion this discussion will be deleted as what happen to other discussion i made.

I always look at my friends discussions first,in fact I look forward to seeing if they have posted as there is usually something entertaining there!but im sorry I dont know why this has happened to you.Sometimes Mylot will slow down and there arent many new posts to reply to,and then I just have to search around for something to reply to!

It could be a bug. Or maybe you posted responses to comments, which don't get counted. Or maybe your posts got deleted. Honestly, I can't help you much here because I have not encountered such a problem so far. Cheers and happy mylotting

I really do not know what really happened to your posts. If it was deleted, that's something to be reported to the admin. Or the system has just not updated?

I didnt observe this Maids since I'ved been very inactive lately. What I observed was your number of post as well as Neil. They are too far high than mine. I hope I'll get the chance to really work with mylot longer.

I also noticed this one this morning. I don't remember how many responses I already done, but it seem to advance slowly. That maybe because of some updgrades mylot is doing right now. I got a message, alert earlier from the admin. Don't worryy so much, I think this will be fix later. KEEP SMILING = NEIL

I am also wondering why mine is stuck to the same post I have even if I added a lot of responses to the discussions I like to response. Maybe there is something that is happening again. At least I am not the only one experiencing. Just wish somebody could help us understand why this is happening. We will just continue to enjoy!!!

Those member who right those post. Are they aware that their post are deleted. Does it mean that when you join in a discussion that is deleted your response also got deleted? i guess you had responded discussion that had been posted here before..i mean same discussion that had been posted by other members besides the one you had responded to..confusing huh..i do experienced that sometimes....or i guess just be careful with the tags similar tags may also one factor..anyway i just assumed it..and never get into asking the admin about it..maybe you could?

I also experience this problem sometimes and after some time it adds my number of posts to the post count. So, I don't think there is an important issue to worry about. The site can get stuck sometimes and signing out and then back in would help you to update your post count to its actual value. In addition the count of posts can decrease because of the deletions. It is a pitty that they are not sending notifications for our deleted posts and I think this is unfair. If there was another upgrade to make on mylot, it would be notifications for deleting the posts. This would certainly help people to keep the discussions and responses in the borders which are drawn by the guidelines of mylot and it would certainly make usefull contribution to the efforts for keeping mylot clean. Whatever, I think you should sign out and then back in to update your post count because it doesn't look like you got some deleted messages. Deletions don't occur as you publish your entry, they usually occur after a certain amount of time. So, if signing out and then back in doesn't solve your problem I think you should mail mylot staff about the issue.

Since I got to this late, I wonder if it had anything to do with the downtime mylot had today. I think it was down at least an hour if not longer. I didn't notice anything odd about my post count but I wasn't specifically looking for that.

everytime you posted an answers, make sure that after you made a reply a tag will come out.. if there's no tag i believed it wasn't posted... It was just my observation whenever i post a discussion or answer any discussion. You can check also your earnings the next 1 to 2 days, sometimes it's delayed and not on the spot upgrading of your posts adn earnings.

This happened to me also, it wasn't increasing very fast. My posts were not deleted because I didn't ever see my post count go up on some of the posts I made. I'm at 56 now but I was on here all day yesterday because I had nothing else to do, and I was at 36 earlier. So, who knows?

This is the first time i log in here and make comments, and i don't know the problem you are facing. I hope i will not encounter this kind of problems,hehe. But i think there must be a way out,isn't it?^_^
