My mother-in-law has Parkinsons

And she does not eat much at all. Does this go with Parkinsos? Also she does not drink anything at all hardly. She will maybe drink 1 glass of water a day and that is because she has to take pills. Otherwise she says that she is not thirsty. And when we try to give her a glass of water she says that is way too much to drink. Do these issues have anything to do with the Parkinsons?? Thanks.
