First year of Celiac

Well one year ago today the nurse called me up and told me that daughters blood work tested positive for Celiac Disease and that we needed to see a specialist. The reason I remember this is that this occured on daughters 13th birthday and now today is her birthday again and she is 14. So she has been gluten free for almost a year now. That anniversary happens in September because we had to wait for the endoscopy to be done first before going gluten free. So how long have you all been gluten free??
