Im 24 year old now and still single, im affraid to get married. All my friends that are married now are saying that a life of a marreid is not easy. They said that once you engaged in married your are not free anymore. You have to do your responsibility as it be.

I agree with you. Marriage is not something that is taken lightly. It involves a heavy responsibility. There are things you can no longer enjoy if your already married. Work hard while your still single and save money. Time come when you are ready to get married. You are already financially secure. The best thing you can do is enjoy your being single.

I am 32 and have been with my partner for 12 years and still never married or live together. I don't like the idea of marriage because then we can break up and it is such a big deal. Now if we split up it would be fine for everyone. We are still very much in love after all these years. I also see most married people complain about being married so then why do it. LOL Okay there are probably many happily married people out there but they are the minority. Half of marriages will end in divorce and out of the other half left probably half of those are unhappy but staying together. So that is about 25% of happily married people. I don't like those odds. I will stay happily unmarried thanks. :)

It is not true. What they mean by free? I am free and married. If you find someone you love why not marry? LOL. Is just a contract. Is the same is live with someone else. Good luck!

yes, i agree to that.. being single means being free from the four rings of marriage: engagement ring, wedding ring, suffe-ring, and endu-ring.. from what i've seen on my friends, relatives, being married doubles your responsibility, because your going to take care not only yourself but to your husband, your child, your obliged to the household chores, bills, even the lot of your in-laws.. im an outgoer, and i can't even contain myself to one place because that's the nature of my work.. yes i do fancy married life before, but not anymore..stay happy!!
