food poisoning - how to take care?

i am in the habit of catching a quick eat while on my way back from office from the wayside, should i take any precaution to avoid food poisoning as its the rainy seasion now o is it ok as i take only freshly cooked items form the wayside

fresh vagetabl eis okey but if yo u are not really aware how to prevent food poisoning here is the tip . to avoid food poisoning, the food stock from the refrigerator must be preheated 3times only, after heating it at the third time cooking,after that it is consider poisonouse cause it will produce poisoning.
