No, I just leave mine to whatever it is supposed to be. I don't have time to mess around and do that stuff.

I have done that. its really very simple to edit windows xp. i have renamed the recycle bin to WASTE. And changed my "start" from my taskbar and renamed it to "VISTA". The theme i use is aqua osx theme. i use resource hacker to edit the files.

Yeah, I did that before when it started to get easier modifying how windows looks and behaves. It was during Windows 95 though. I change the background a lot, try out different sound effects. I experimented on a lot of things. However, after a long time, I've gotten used to have just the basic interface of windows. I really don't tinker around lately unless I needed to. I can still remember when the old screen savers were available for the first time. The pipes and the room (which resembles the surroundings of wolfenstein 3d). I experiment on it as well. Now, I just modify the wallpaper.
