Currently, not enough. Sleeping for at least eight hours uninterrupted would be ideal. Hopefully, I'll return to doing that on a more regular basis.

Guys you need 7-9 hours of good uninterrupted sleep at night. Sleep is the panacea for weight loss, curing infections and hosts of other problems. If you suffer from insomnia, try counting stars, listen to classical music, stretching or yoga or even drinking a cup of warm milk or eating will help you sleep faster and better.

Right at this time, I have a pretty open-ended sleeping schedule. When I feel awake, I take advantage of this and get things done. However, when my head starts falling forward and crashing my face into the keyboard, it's WELL past time to get a little--or a lot--of shut-eye. Since I've been here last, I've met somebody very special online, and we try to limit our telephoning to two times weekly in spite of the fact that I have unlimited long-distance, because we wouldn't get anything else done otherwise. This past week, we've been talking more, however, because his computer's been down. We broke our previous record last night (and into this morning) talking 4 hours and 45 minutes! During that time, I yawned once, and he said, "I heard that!" I told him that this wasn't an "I'm bored with you!" yawn but was a yawn that said, "I want to put my head on your shoulder and drift off to sleep listening to the sound of your beautiful voice!" After we had finished talking, I really felt energized for awhile and got a lot done!
