When I put on music on my laptop, no matter if it's straight from a cd or straight from the hard disk there will be stuttering every now and then and it can last pretty long and then it's gone again for like 10 seconds and it happens again. It's really annoying as you can't listen to music the way it was intended and so you turn of the stupid thing after 2 most annoying minutes of music destruction. I've heard people talking about chancing something in the BIOS but I haven't a clue how to do that and am affraid I might ruin something. I'm running windows vista and it happens with all possible music players I've tried so far.

was my friend I think the problem with your laptop is not any hardware but it is the speakers which are provided with a laptop are very cheap quality and so they are not able to give the particular kind of output which are required. Even I efface that kind of a problem with one of my laptops. At my home I had to laptops one is from Compaq and the other one is of Bell. Definitely there is a very good quality laptop with good speakers. Whereas the speakers that were provided with compared horrible to speak frankly. I thing you must be facing that same kind of problem is I guess it is hard to say but there is no remedy for the same.

But how would you explain that it plays music of websites, etc. perfectly clear? Youtube and other sites don't have the same problem, somehow my laptop isn't fast enough or some hardware or softwear is enterfearing I don't know... but if it was the speakers it wouldn't play anything with a good sound and without stuttering. Thanks for your input!
