What are the Legitimate PTC Programs that Pay thru Paypal? / myLot

Do you know of any PTC programs that pay thru Paypal instead of Alertpay because I don't know how I will withdraw money using Alertpay (I'm from the Philippines). Thanks!

Neobux is using Paypal. Haven't received the payment though, just signed up recently. If you need the link, you can get it through messaging.
