The only program I know of online that fits those requirements is the Free Online Cash System. You earn $150 for each referral that goes through the program. The only cost is an autoresponder if you don't have a free one.
Other than that, an online business is just that, a business. Most real life businesses cost to start up whether it's a lawn business, cleaning business, spa, law firm, etc. They all have startup costs. You will find the same is true for online earnings.

Yes, I imagine someone did give you their link. I recognize them. :) I would support you joining the program under whoever sent you the link, I would never broach on disrespecting someone else promoting the same program, especially a good one. Best of luck.

well, i can tell you that it isn't easy by any means to make money online. that is why i go after the programs that i can earn without spending money to get into them. i'm in 2 new sites that do just that with very little effort and time. if you would like to know them, just add me as a friend so i can send you the information. one of them is really a life changing site if you stay active. let me know.
