You said it! As the days pass by, I find my bookmarks to be at the hundreds and it got really messy that I needed to organize them. It's really annoying when you need something and you have a hard time looking for it in the list even if it is in alphabetical order. I simply bookmark anything that really interests me and it changes a lot. I do not delete old bookmarks as well. I just keep 'em in case I run into it again and needed a quick link.

Yeah, that's real good you have a site where you can see these offenders. It's good that it's available for everyone's protection. It is definitely one of the sites that needs to be on the priority bookmarks. Always take care to you and your family my friend.

I bookmark lots, but I have them in categories. I have lots of blogs bookmarked under blogs, but I have them separated into 2 categories - regular and favorites. When I lose interest in one, I delete it. When I was using Internet Explorer and my desktop computer, I had many more bookmarks. But I have found I haven't missed them since I never put them here on my laptop. I just continued to find more to fill their place.

There are things I use regularly and things I put there that I want to learn about so I never delete them. Yet, I don't have time to actually study and check out what I bookmarked. I don't even know if half the webpages still exist.

This is interesting in that I have done the same thing. And, then, later I have gone back to check on those sites and found they aren't there any longer. If it isn't a company site, it just might not be there the next time you look. So many sites with some good information are 'fly by night' sites - they either don't have a domain, or they don't keep it up.

I use to bookmark every place that I go to on the net. But when I have had to recover the whole system I have lost a lot of sites. That i why i have used my homepage for that so I won't loose those links again. I have had some good things bookedmarked and then forgot the site address. That is a pain when you get so use to the bookmark that when you loose it. You forget the site you went to and the address. Sometimes I try to write the site address down on paper. So if I loose it I know that I have it somewhere. But still that doesn't always work. Sometimes I forget to write the information down. It was full at one time but now I keep it short and write the other sited down to remember them. Just encase I have to do another system recovery.

I used to keep a pretty journal book of my address sites and the email addresses of all my closest friends amd family. That way I never had to worry about that. I should go back to it.

I do that, too. There are probably not enough days in a lifetime to get to them all! There's something to be said for good intentions.

You actually delete stuff??
