Do You Read Promotional Catalogue in Detail?

Since I am a member of many beauty counters, I receive their promotional catalogues via mail from time to time. Sometimes I get so bored that I would read in every single detail, but most of the time, I just flip through to see if there is any interesting promotions.
What about you? Do you read everything in detail or just flip through it and throw it away?

Hello wondericequeen,
I seldom read it. Maybe the furthest I will read is just like one or two sentences. I prefer to see the picture of the product, flip through here and there and I used to keep the catalogue - not because of the product but the beautiful model that they chose *smiles*

I will occasionally flip through a catalogue, but I don't usually read them in too much detail. That takes up way too much time for me. I would much rather spend my time doing something else. If something catches my eye I will look at it, but otherwise, I will just turn the page, and go onto the nex thing.

I used to get such a kick out of those, but lately I just throw them away--or send a request online to have them discontinued. Fortunately there are now a couple of new sites that help people "manage" their subscriptions to stuff like that. One is Catalog Choice and another is called ProQuo.

well, it depends on the catalog. if is interesting and i think i will need the service of product they are offering, i will read it in detail. it if their offer doesn't interest me, i will ignore it. but sometime, if i have nothing to read, i will read whatever i can grasp, even an uninteresting catalog

Actually I just flip throuh it and throw it away. I am not really very patient in reading every single details of promotional catalogue. I feel I have more important things to do than reading those stuffs. I'm always running out of time so I'd rather go down to more productive business than those promotional catalogue.
