Is it hard to get good traffic on a blog?

I was thinking about starting a blog to make a little bit extra money. I could post links to some PTC sites and maybe get some referrals. I wanted my niche to be about health and fitness sense I'm really into that topic and know a bit about it. Do you think I could get good traffic on my blog if I post 3 articles a week?

Hi, You can leave comments on other blogs and share your blog. Join forums that are related to your blog's topic and you can get a lot of targeted visitors to your blog. Good luck.

Well, I don't think it'll depend on how many articles do you post on your blog. I find it hard to get traffic to my blog too. I don't know what to do with it.
