ok does any one know a cd burner

that burns dvds on a cd-r cause my friend burned a cd on that program he use

You can burn DVD FILES into a cd upto the 700 mb size. we can use nero for this purpose. Take burn video files in nero and you will see an option named SUPER VIDEO CD . with this feature you can write DVD files in to the cd ie vob files, dvd video files.
