Please tell us the truth, would you rather have an old fashioned wife who cooks and clean? Or a modern woman who'll earn an income and be an equal partner?

I would like an equal partner in everything. I wouldn't begrudge her if she had ambitions but she should also be willing to pull her own weight when it comes to family and home.

Well, if I am financially stable, I would rather have a wife that will take care of me and my children, a full pledge loving housewife, that is. But if I am financially unstable and I need to make both ends meet, then I'll definitely want a modern one that can help me produce an income for our family, a practical modern woman, that is...

It doesn't really matter if she is an old fashioned wife who cooks and clean, or a modern woman who has a successful career. What matters most is you love her, and she, like wise, loves you back. No point having a wife who cooks and clean at home if you do not love her. You will not likely appreciate her efforts anyways. Neither is having a wife who only knows how to concentrate on getting ahead in her career and not love the man she goes home to. Marriage is all about balance. There is no absolute right or wrong to it. If my wife chooses to stay home and be a house wife, it is her choice. If she decides to go out to work, that is also a choice she makes too. I for my part, will still do my fair share of the chores. And will still bear my fair share of the responsibilities that goes into keeping a family intact. That is what is most important!

I'd like someone who can both do the housework and earn money. But it's somewhat unrealistic.

Actually I would like to have a partner who would earn income as well. I think that especially in this times one man or woman couldn't support an entire family (unless of course you're a CEO of a big company or you earn at least double of the usual salary for that job)Also since expenses are getting higher every week, I think that it would be practical to have both you and your partner split the expenses. Also I'm in favor of that arrangement because I think that women also deserve to experience how to work. So that they could actually put into use whatever they have studied.
