what is your reactions on harry potter the movie?

ive watch it already, feel the excitement and the magic. the effects and the sounds makes my heart beat faster. its sense sorround thats why. i also did read some of the book. its expensive that why we cant buy all of it. but we have the cd's so we can still follow tracks on whats happening. my daughter is a fan of harry potter.

I am a self proclaimed Potterphile. The enjoy the movies but I will always always prefer the books. Film is such a different medium you cant expect to watch a movie and be throughly happy with the way it turns out. The fact that it was directed by different directors all with their own brand of artistic license makes the whole franchise well, a bit fragmented. But I still enjoy the movies just the same.
The first 2 movies, for me, seems to have that Potter-like lightheartedness to it. That somehow things always turn out ok for the good ones. But I have to say when Cuaron directed the third one, I loved it. And Newell's take and Yates. There will always be scenes from the book that you wished turned up in the movie. But that's the price you pay for have 500 some pages adapted into 2 hour movies.

i love harry potter so does my olest she is 13 years old. we have read all the books. sighs at all the books i will miss them i wish it wasnt the end. i have seen all the movies so far but i didnt like the goblet of fire movie it left way to much out and changed way to much. i cant wait for the next movie i hope it gets here soon.
