Do you remember 'Giant Robot' - The children show which used to come on TV

Hey, I was just thinking about something about my childhood yesterday, when I suddenly remembered 'Giant Robot' a televised series for children where the main character was a huge robot who used to fight with other robots (enemies). It was a truly memorable serial as all the children would watch it together in any one child's house. The robots used to fire with all the five fingers and had special ammunition too. It was very entertaining and I would like to watch it even today if only I get a copy of it somewhere. It is indeed, sweet memories! Do you remember seeing any such series.
