Excessive stressful exercise damages blood vessels in brain

Do you know that excessive stressful exercise damages blood vessels in brain? It may even lead to slow mental growth? Taking exercise for fitness is good. That relieves stress too. However, if you go for artificial muscle growth, it is a forced thing, therefore stres increases.

Wow, actually i've no idea about this information and i don't do exercise very much. I will lie down in the bed wathcing movies after eating and washing, that's bad, i'm getting fatter and fatter now. Moderation is very important, not only to sports but other aspects of life. Don't do nothing at all, and don't do it too often or too much. Enjoy life

I have been working out with heavy weights now for over 20 years and I am still fine. I also take high vitamin c, this makes your blood vessels alot stronger.

You are working with as much as you can tolerate, I am talking about excess of it.

Ya that's right excessive stressful exercise will damages the blood vessels in brain. Excercise is good for human being to be healthy for fitness, but it should have a limit excessive exercise which will harm to our fitness.

Actually, many people do not follow this, so they get heart attack or other types of diseases.
