height and high heels...ladies....

i stand 5'4" i usually on flats and rubber shoes but i have some high heels shoes and the tallest heels/wedge that i have is 3 inch wedge sandals...wow that makes me 5'7" what about you ladies? thnks

Excuse me girls but am not a girl but i have heard my sister telling that wearing high heals causes problem to you foot,mainly with the bones. even have heard doc's saying this. anyway am 5'7" :-) take care.

i am around 5'8" so i don't have a lot of high heels. for work i wear heels to look more presentable. these are usually around 1-2" as i don't want to look too tall. i feel uncomfortable to tower over the rest especially when i have to stand in the train. also, i find it difficult to walk briskly in high heels. on weekends, i'm a slipper girl. i go around in slippers as i find them really comfortable. cheers ;p

thanks so much for the BR. i used to have slippers in the office. stopped coz i forgot to change out of them. it's simply too comfortable that i totally didn't notice. reading about you doing it reminds me of just how comfortable it is. shall go buy a pair for office use again. cheers ;p

wow 5'8" i envy your hehehe...i wonder if you have 4 inch shoes hehehe...you can face nba point guards lols.. yeah i am also a slipper girl wherever even on the office i just wear my shoes whenever my feet are visible but when i am just in my workign station i go change for slippers...hehehe

yeah you should....actually since our floor is carpeted here inthe office though i have slip ons i sometimes bare footed hehehehe...dont worry nobody sees it aside from myself hehehehe.. np for the BR

I'm 5'6" tall and i love high heels. I don't feel so comfortable using flats although i have some rubber shoes, slippers and step-ins. I feel most comfortable in high heels and I have very high heels of different styles and colors. My heels are usually 3 inches or even higher and I do feel sexy in heels but feel like a sludge in flats. I even walk funny in flats so I don't use them often.

yeah i have known people who are very clumsy and tend to slip a lot with flats than in heels and it seems that your one of them...high heels looks sexy really and helps us to hve proper posture if wear properly... thnks for the thought

I'm the same height as you are and I love wearing heels because they make my legs look nice and long. When I was a teen back in the early 70's we used to wear platform shoes with big heels and mini skirts. We had really long legs then!

I don't have any heels with less than a 3" heel. I have long feet and a 4" heel makes my legs and feet look much more attractive. I stand a bit shorter than you are -- around 5'2" -- so I need all of the extra height I can get!

whooping 4 inches wow i cant wear than anymore i will flip and be clumsy as i walk i think...is that a stlleto? or a wedge if it is stlleto i salute you!!

Most of my heels are conservative and 'classical' designs, so neither a stiletto or a wedge. I've got a couple of pairs of stilettos, but they're for special occasions where I won't be doing a lot of walking. The heels on the rest tend to be about .5-1" thick. You know, the ones that are like half a cylinder? Rounded on the back and flat near the sole.

yeah i have one pair of those but not 4 inch heels...hehehe...just 1 1/2 high i guiess...filipinos are not that tall likewise the women here so it is not necessary to put more height on me...beleive it or not i only had 1 bf who is taller than i...

The missus used to wear high heels and she had a good pair of pins then,but as the years have gone on she has always worn flat shoes,the high heels make her legs ache and her feet swell so the flats are the better way out for her.She had some what you would sall killer heels years ago,they were lovely to look at and she always wore stockings and suspenders,but nowadays tis always tights.I always thing that tights/pantyhose arent so hygenic as stockings,they dont give any room for the skin to breathe and the germs can get caught up and thats how infections kick off.
