Pay2surf is my favorite Pay to Click site because of it's floating rate, but it's been having problems for a while now.
We were notified that they were having to switch to a new dedicated server because their old one couldn't handle the traffic. It ran real Sloooooooow for a few days, then it was totally off line for a day or two, then it came back online and it wouldn't confirm your visit. Then when you clicked on view ads a page came up saying site overloaded, don't panic pay2surf will be back in a few minutes. It was 3 days, but it's up and running again like it's supposed to be! 
Whew! I really was hating to think this one was gonna go under. If you haven't signed up for Pay2Surf yet, there's a banner in my profile if you would like to sign up under me, or just go to the site. I promise you this one's great.

Be careful with sites like this because I ahve found when sites go away and come back they are having difficulties. I was on paid vg. They went away due to techincal difficulties but came back. They were up for a few weeks. I paid five dollars to upgrade and then they shut down.

Upgrading is not something I usually do unless I know several people who say upgrade is THE way to go. I may not get paid, because the minimum is $40, but if they don't pay me, at least they won't have taken any of my money!

I am still having problems. When I go to the pay2surf site, I am being redirected to visit4cash site.

I started to PM you but I didn't want you to think I was being a high salesman. 
I hate those. I don't know if it's going to stay up and running or not, but like I told another commenter, at least they didn't get any of my money. I've always had a good feeling about this one and am willing to give them a chance. I think they just didn't realize how quickly membership would grow and weren't prepared for the traffic.

I might as well help someone out and sign up under you, I haven't tried any sites like this, but we'll see how it goes. Maybe I will stick around if I like it.

Thanks sugarplum. I sure hope this one's a keeper 'cause it's good. I'm two thirds of the way to payout. Of course it's taken me since May to get there, but it hasn't taken that much of my time on a daily basis.
