I'm trying to eat less lately so i'm eating few everyday. But when it's sunday, my family calls it sinday! We eat everything we've been dying to eat the rest of the week.. so on sundays, we eat pizza, pasta, chocolate cakes... anything! hmmm... cant wait til sunday again..

We used to go to my grandma's house on Sundays when I was a kid. Several of my aunts and uncles and their kids would go too. We would always have a ton of food to eat, but it was never a roast. Most of the time it was ham. We mainly had a ton of side dishes and deserts.

My mother also did very traditional Sunday dinners, usually roast beef or a pork roast but I broke from tradition when I became an adult and have whatever we're in the mood for on Sundays. We like to eat barbequed chicken wings a lot or we cook hamburgers or steaks on the grill.

Well we don't have any traditions in the Phils. on sundays. But all I know is that we filipinos make it a habit to stay at home on sundays and be with the family...It's a family day for us...
It's like sort of a reunion..the host house will prepare some food and the rest of the family members will bring a food as well and will eat together.Or we go out..eat at a fancy restaurant and just have some fun.Basically it's a special day for filipinos to spend with the family.
