How to block the Spam Mails ?

It has become a routine for me, of late to delete the spam mails. For the past one week.. i have been receiving mails about transfer of funds.. to India.. funny.. i don't know how many times Brazilian air crash have occurred... I noted in all the mails received.. Brazil air crash.. in the year 2000, 2001,2003,2004...

Now, i know that this is a spam one. when i want to press the spam button in the mail boxit is already set up as "NOT SPAM"
I could not report this mail as spam one, but i simply delete this.. How to report these kind of mails which are marked as " NOT SPAM".
Any idea?
