I do not get enough time for daily walk ..or going to gym...What should one do...?

Making time for the gym or to workout is quite essential in the role of having a healthy life. I think its possible for you to at least dedicate 30 minutes to 1 hour to exercise and if you could give that much time, you only have to exercise 3 times a week. Go to the gym 3 times a week and workout for about an hour if possible. Work each muscle out with one exercise. Do an individual workout for your Chest, Back, Triceps, Bicep, Abs, Shoulders, Lower Back, Hamstring, Calf, and Quads. If you can't hit the gym, then get some free weights and do it at home. There are many websites on the net that tell you what kinds of exercises you could do for the specific muscle. To be honest, i don't think theres much you can do without exercise. I mean you could eat healthy and sleep well, but working out or exercising is a great way to relieve your stress, increase your overall health, and help enjoy life more. You should try to be as active as possible. Use stairs rather than an elevator or escalator. Walk to nearby places instead of driving or using the bus. You don't need to go to a gym to train or to lift weights. You can do this at home. Use a search engine to find websites which tell you how to exercise.

You can exercise at your home. Just find a good program and start! Sometimes takes very little time and you can work lots of muscles, go for it!
