Can it really cure a certain disease o r illness? Or can laughing give you a benefit. What does it do with your body if you are lauging? Can it relax a muscle, can it clam your brain or your heart perhaps. Was there anybody died because of laughing very hard?

its not that literally my dear friend. what they mean with laughing is the best medicine is that if you see things from a positive side, you are much more likely to recover and improve. Laughing as such is not going to do any good if you dont mean it. so if you are really sick and see no point in living anymore, you are much more likely to actually die. if you are really sick and willing to fight it, you stand a much better chance of winning it. so keep smiling and see life from the bright side!

Laughter makes you relax and helps to lessen tension, hence it helps you to lead a healthy life as most of the diseases are related to tension.
