Sometimes, I encounter with this problem. When I am sleeping sideways on my pillow,my saliva will come out during the sleep. I will get frightened and stay awake from my sleep sometimes when this happens. I think the reason is my mouth stays a bit open when I am sleeping sideways but I just cannot control my body during the sleep. It's hard. What should I do? Do you think this is a sickness? Did you experience this before? Please share with me,thanks.

Hi yenwie84 Well, I guess everybody experienced this. I did experienced this before but not often. I think this happens because of very tight sleep, even snoring. Well, sleeping es very mysterious, we all don't know what is happening. This is not an illness of what. There are some cases that we can't control our saliva to come out because we are sleeping with our mouth open wide. Happy myLot!

It is very natural to drool..it is not a disease it happens because your nasal path is not clear when you go to bed..Blow your nose before going to bed it may reduce your drooling..

I dont have this problem... My saliva never comes out of my mouth when i sleep.... Your saliva maybe coming out of your mouth because you sleep with your mouth open... Maybe if you some how manage to sleep with your mouth closed you would solve this problem.... but i dont know how to do that.......

well you probably have very active saliva glands and sleep with your mouth open. there is nothing you can do about this as far as I know. But i think that all of us do it to some extent really. sleep is the time when you do not control your body. you better accept it or you wont get much sleep anymore. good lcuk
