How do you make payment with Alertpay

When I tried to maka a payment the first time with Alertpay I also had the same problem. When we create an account there we have a password and also a transaction pin, both of which we should remember - but i didn't save my pin either. I contacted Alertpay and within 48 hours they had replied to me giving me a new transaction pin which I saved in a safe place for future use. in fact every time we make a payment throug Alertpay it is required. Therefore I think the best thing you can do is sontact them asking for a new transaction pin number. Good luck!
