Where does holy water come from?

I read Reader's Digest from cover-to-cover. I learned a lot from that little reading material, much as I don't want to miss their humor pages. I browsed throughout the pages one time while spending my weekend. From the Laughter is the Best Medicine section, I read this funny anecdote... ALTAR KNIGHT: Father, we only have half-full container of holy water in the cabinet. I am not sure if this will be enough until the last mass. PRIEST: Welllll never worry, son! (The priest gleefully expresses). ALTAR KNIGHT: What must I do father? PRIEST: Get the kitchen kettle, fill it with water and boil the H*LL out of it!!!
