Some thought that when people visits a Psychology, they thought that something's "wrong" with them. I used to visit my Psychology once in a while or if if necessary. There's nothing wrong in visiting them because for me, they're one of the people who are reliable enough to give you advice, to provide you with the proper treatment for your obstacles in life and to relieve or deal with stress. it's beneficial to us, and i hope after this forum, I will help break the misconceptions and wrong ideas about visiting them.

Yeah, visit psychiatrist doesn't mean that someone is insane, but it does mean that you have some emotional problems. Unless you learnt to deal with those problems yourself, you can't really avoid people seeing you through coloured lens.

in our country visiting a psychiatrist means that your having problem with your mind..since we are really not used of seeing one..and we tend to seek help on our relatives or immediate family by telling it to them and ask for advises...although some people have different way of resolving their problem the most common one is to have a drinking spree with friends or relatives...
