Do you ever go to OPEN HOUSES in you area?

Just to see what the houses are currently worth? Or to see if the same floor plan as your house has been done differently? A friend is here, and is thinking she may be buying some property in the area. So I am going with her. Anyone else do this?

Nope, I haven't been to any Open houses. I have however watch it on television all the time. Where they have open houses then find what others don't like about the house then change it up reinvite those people back to the opnen houses and walla somebody always buys/sells something. If it was just that easy in real life.

My wife loves to go to open houses. I guess she just likes seeing what people do with the place. I'm guessing when it comes time to sell our house and move to a new place, she'll have accumulated a lot of suggestions and advice.
