I don't like any sounds or noise when I sleep. Although in this house it's hardly ever quiet. I usually just have to deal with the televisions on and the sounds I hear from people talking. I don't turn music on because I feel like it just distracts me and I have more trouble falling asleep.

Yes. Listening to music before sleeping calms you down and keeps us refreshed. That is one of the things I enjoy doing. Listen to some cool melodious music and a peaceful sleep is not far away.

When I fall asleep at nigh, I almost always have the radio playing. I the sation in my area is running the BBC World Service, I'll listen to that, otherwise, I'll listen to the good music on AM 740 http://www.am740.ca I can't sleep unless I have the radio on.

Yes I do. That has been my habit. After a long tiring day, I play instrumental music (usually piano) or those that have soft melodies before I sleep. It's really relaxing. I love alternative rock but I dont listen to it before bedtime.
