Feels ugly now!

Good for his good deed. Sometimes people with low self esteem use their hair to hide behind, is this why he feels ugly? They use their hair as a distraction.

I do this every couple of years. I grow my hair out and donate it. They can get 2 wigs worth out of my hair because it is so thick. I do all I can for the fight against cancer. Even if it is just giving hair.

Two years ago my hair was down to my waiste line, and I decided to chop it all off. They told me they would donate it to locks of love, although I'm not sure if they did or not.

That's cool how your son can do something that for a good cause. It's understandable how he feels the way he does for he is used to it being long and got quite a bit chopped. He's growing it out again though he should be happy. Befor he know's it it'll be just as long but he wants to keep donateing it to lockes of love every time? Out of curiosity what color is his hair? I happen to like dirty blonde color or light brown colored hair. But I wish him the best of luck on him doing this for how ever long he decieds to do it Take care. :)

No i have never done this before but have thought about it a couple of times. Your son is truely amazing to think of others. Not many children do this and I am proud for you!
