Have you ever 'baked' your own chocolate? Bitter chocolate!! Any good recipes?

Well, I like chocolate:) But I also like healthy things. So lately I have been thinking about making my own chocolate, from cocoa powder. To avoid any food additives & 'E's' put into store-bought chocolate... I know a friend of mine used to bring it to the dorm, her Mom 'baked' it in the oven! lol But I didn't like the taste of that chocolate!! It was too sweet & too greasy.. (I don't like what you can buy in stores as 'milk chocolate' either:).. I love the bitter dark chocolate meant for cooking!!) Have you ever made your own chocolate, or know anyone who has? :) So, does anyone have a good recipe to share?:) /even if it's not about 'bitter chocolate', please share any tips & tricks!! :)/
