i'll say yes surely she can b'coz love is a very common feeling and wonderful and it is always nice wen expressed be it a girl or a boy!!!!

well, it people say that if a girl proposes first then "it is lust"and when a guy proposes first then "it is love"i donot understand the concept behind these words... i feel love just happens.. and either of them shud make the first move and convey their feelings
