First thing you bought when you received your 1st salary?

Wow I actually surprised myself that I could remember, the first pay salary I received was like 20 years ago now! Looking back it was something unusual I bought it was a carriage clock! I used to love clocks and had quite a collection of them, I always wanted a gold carriage clock, (gold plated!) and so that is what I bought, I have still got it believe it or not, not worth anything but a reminder of what I used to buy. I don't like clocks now, I guess because I am older I think time goes fast enough!

Hello toteles, I can't really remember as it was almost fifteen years ago. But I loved shopping very much that time and was a shopaholic before. I think I might had bought either a pair of new heels or a handbag or maybe a new office attire. But one thing for sure, I gave one third of my first salary to my late dad.
