i have read some books in my life and i have found some good ones and then again i have found some that i didn't think was that good after i finished it...i really like murder mysteries but that isn't all that i think is good..actually one time i was made to read a book for school and it was to kill a mockingbird and i really didn't think that i would like it but it turned out to be one of my favorite books(timothy of the cay)being the other one...i don't really know why i liked those books that much because i didn't think that i would like them when i first started to read them and i really dreaded reading them...so what is the best book that you have ever read and did you think you would like the book before you read it....thanks for reading this discussion!

the best book i have ever read would definately have to be Inside Out by John Ramsey. this book was crazy and the ending was sooooooo unexpected. when i finished reading this book i was literraly in awe. i was like THIS MAN IS A GENIUS! seriously! this book is really something else cause when you finish reading the book and you put it all together it hits you like a force. it's something you would have never expected , not in a million years so this book definately has it for me. i didnt know wat to expect when i started reading this book but i am so glad i had the chance to read it cause it was a master piece. if you love mysteries and books with killing and things of the sort you should definately get your hands on a copy of this book!

The best book I read so far is the book written by AW Tozer "Pursuit of God". This book contains profound insights on spirituality and christianity.

I have read so many good books I couldn't pick out one best one. I have been reading books for the last 40 years or more so I have read a lot of books. I am a reader and I read about 2 books a week so imagine how many I have read in my lifetime. Anyways, I like mystery books with a love story in it. And I love joke books. I have just about every book published of the Uncle John's Bathroom Reader, series. I watch the book store in the mall for the next new one to come out. I am on book number 26 right now and I am waiting for 27. They are so good. They have short stories that are true facts that most people wouldn't know and wouldn't think about. Like don't eat the yellow snow because it is yellow because some one peed on it. Or Hawaiians once used coconut husks for toilet paper.Or mythomaniacs are people who lie constantly. Facts that most people don't know. Weird facts. I have to say I love those Uncle John Bathroom Readers books.

The best book I've ever read is The Power of One by Bryce Courtenay. It's about a boy named Peekay and it's the story of his life while living in South Africa during WWII and his run ins with apartheid. Awesome book!
