I enjoy watching cookery shows, both recorded ones and live ones? I watch Ready Steady Cook, Rick Stein's Food Heroes, Jamie's kitchen, Jamie's kitchen at home, Saturday Kitchen, Something for the weekend and then I don't know if these would be classed as cookery ones but also: Hell's kitchen, Ramsay's kitchen nightmares and the like... Do you enjoy watching cookery shows? Which ones? Do you write down the recipes or look them up on their websites?

I love watching the Food Network. Rachel Ray and Paula Deen are two of my favorites. I like Guy Pieri (however you spell his last name) and his show..Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. I like Sandra Lee too and am now watching "The Next Food Network Star." I really enjoy watching "Unwrapped" too because they show the history of a certain food and how it's made. Gordon Ramsay is also one of my favorites with "Hell's Kitchen" and "Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares." Oh..and "Dinner Impossible" is a good show too. I usually look up their recipes on the website. It's easier than jotting down all that information. LOL. Plus I get Rachel Ray's magazine and she has tons of good recipes in there. :)

I'm a Rachel Ray Junky. I never write down the recipes though. I only get ideas and the apply them in arbitrary and obscure ways to my own inventions.

Gordon Ramsay used to scare me but now I love Hell's Kitchen and Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. I also like the Food Network challenges, especially the cake competitions, and Ace of Cakes...they make incredible, beautiful, and wacky cakes.

I used to watch Rachel Ray, but there is too much of her everywhere. I think Oprah has created a monster. I enjoy the Barefoot Contessa, Downhome with the Neeley's, I'll look up receipes on the Food network.
