Do you take tips from 'Super Nanny'?

I have learnt a couple of things from super nanny - using the naughty corner or naughty step and bedtimes.
Do you watch this show? Have you picked up any tips or useful ideas from it?

I like supernanny she has some good useful ideas, I think though its best to take them at face value and try them but realise that it doesnt work with every child and it has to be changed to suit the childs needs a lot of the time.
