A must see for action film fans, Batman The Dark Night.

This film is a great ride.If you like car chases, gun fights and explosions then this Is the film for you. Usually when I recommend a film I can discuss some of the plot so the person can really get a feel for it but in this case, Anything I say will give away a great and I mean great plot twist. So if you are like me and you feel action films are a great, then you must see Batman The Dark Knight.

I've never seen any of the other Batman movies and I don't even remember watching the old TV series more than maybe once or twice but I'm really looking forward to seeing tis one after all the publicity it's gotten. Thank you for giving your recommendation and without giving too much away because I usually like to hear from someone other than the professional critics before spending all the money a theater ticket costs these days, not to mention the popcorn, which I'm physically incapable of watching a movie without. One question though - as someone who isn't really an expert on Batman, will I be lost and should I maybe see one of the earlier movies first for "background" info?

I have only seen the first three movies and I didn't see the last one but I could follow this film.If you know that Bruce Wayne is Batman , that's all you need to know.
