anyone here use an aspirin peel?

i read some where that you can make your own facial/peel type thing by diluting aspirin and using that as a facial and it will take any redness from like irritation from acne and it will lessen that and remove dead skin etc.. i have used it and it does remove the redness from irritation but is it really helping anything else?? i just wonder if this is one of those things that seem like they are helping when they arent..

well my skin is really sensitive so im surprised it didnt irritate it very much but i just wonder if its really doing any good other than taking the redness out.. i would think with my skin being sensitive my face would have flipped out with the chemicals that aspirin has.. it does take a lot of aspirin to dissolve to make it so i just bought a cheap generic bottle of it and then get a tea cup and mix it together there.. i have also used it on my body if i had a break out since when my skin breaks out my skin stays red and heals slowly so it helps with that as far as concealing it
