does the desktop pc retain its new look if cleaned with petrol

my frineds suggested that if i clean my desktop pc wtih petrol once a while it will retain its new look, is it true, isnt it dangerous to clean with petrol since the system works with electricity, should i try my friends advice

Goodday, Try to clean your pc monitor using vinegar......

Water with very mild soap would do just fine. Before we use a cleaner called UMC after frequent use the white colored monitor turn out yellowish. Since then I have never use any other.
