help me reduce fat

I have tried all methods, exercising, reducing intake of food but still i cant reduce. is it the type of food or its just genes? or something to do with my digestion system

Unless you dont take an advice from a doctor or dietician its very difficult to reduce your fat.In our country there is a singer whose weight was 201 kg.When he started reducing his weight.He reduced 108 kgs he sia dlive in n interniew by a tv channel.What he didwas he styed completedly away from fat food.He though that fat food is like a poison for him and survived only on ppopcorn and eating vegetable which are boiled and according to doctors advice he ate fibre rich food and lost all his fat from the body.

i do but i only reduce about 2kilos in 2 months and that is not signicant? how long did he take him to reduce from 201 to 108? i wana try out his method

I took three month for that man to reduce that much weight.Its really hard but once u make an effort u can reach that.

Maybe you need to find something that will speed up your matabelisium. Dieting really dosen't work because when you cut way back on eating then your body says oh oh we are being starved so time to shut down and conserve what weight we have. The best way is to get a new life style. Adding more fresh vegetables. You might want to start having more vegetables in your diet and drink plenty of water. Cut down on starches. and eat less processed foods. Also something that might help is have a large breakfast and a very small evening meal. That will give your stomach a chance to rest.

well i believe different people metabolise food differently. maybe you want to start keeping a food diary. write down everything you put into your mouth over the course of a week. see what kind of food you should start cutting down from your diet. i know people who can't eat rice without putting on weight. i am the other way round, i can eat a lot of rice without putting on weight but bread will pile on the pounds. good luck with your weight loss regime. cheers ;p
